Ms. Johansson is General Manager for the Prentiss Properties - Atlanta Office, where she is responsible for the asset management of owned and fee managed real estate investments in the metro Atlanta area. As an eight year employee of Prentiss Properties, Ms Johansson has held highly responsible positions in office building property and asset management in metro Washington, DC and Atlanta. Ms Johansson is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is active in Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

Barry is responsible for the financial, physical and operational management of Cumberland Office Park, which consists of nine buildings, 644,000 square feet on a 49 acre site. He brings over 21 years of real estate expertise to Prentiss Properties, with extensive experience in property management, brokerage, leasing, consulting and personal investment property ownership. He has extensive expertise in third party management of distressed properties and has dramatically improved management and leasing performance for the Federal Credit Union Administration, Wayne County Pension Fund, California Public Teachers Pension Fund, Travelers Insurance Company and GE Capital. In addition, Barry and a partner built a successful condominium management and brokerage firm in Atlanta. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Pittsburgh, where he was awarded a combined B. A. and M. A. degree in Urban and Regional Planning. He also received a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1988 and is an active member in the Atlanta Chapters of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA), and the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce.

Anne joined Prentiss Properties in April, 2002 as Tenant Coordinator. She is responsible for handling a variety of responsibilities including accounting, administrative and customer service functions. Anne works directly with Barry Wolf in planning tenant events, coordinating tenant billings and assisting in other pertinent operational needs. Prior to joining Prentiss Properties, Anne served in the capacity of Personnel Administrator in the Human Resources Department for Cub Foods for 20 years.

Stephanie Beam joined Prentiss Properties in April, 2002 as Customer Service Specialist. She is responsible for receptionist and a wide range of administrative duties including work order coordination, tenant and vendor insurance compliance, assistance in planning tenant events and other administrative duties. Prior to joining Prentiss Properties, Stephanie was a pharmacy technician for CVS Pharmacy.

Jeanie Love is responsible for accounts payable fun ctions for both the Cumberland Office Park and the WSB Office Building. Jeanie has been associated with Prentiss Properties for two years, initially at One Atlantic Center and more recently at Cumberland Office Park. Prior to joining Prentiss Properties, Jeanie worked for three years in the accounts payable department for Turner Properties.

Ms. Donaldson has been involved in commercial real estate transactions since 1988. She is a graduate of Georgia State University where she graduated Cum Laude in Real Estate and Urban Affairs. Ms. Donaldson has over fourteen years of expertise in the Atlanta real estate market. She has negotiated over 400 office and industrial leasing transactions on behalf of tenants and commercial property owners. She has recently been designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member and is a life member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. Her real estate background also includes management, rezoning, and development of large tracts of land, in addition to implementing strategic marketing programs for numerous commercial projects.

Dana joined Prentiss Properties in 2002 as a leasing associate. She bring several years of sales and marketing experience, specializing in client acquisition and relationship development of both national and local accounts. Currently Dana serves as a leasing associate for the 700,000 square feet Cumberland Office Park Development. Some of her responsibilities include: Marketing the Cumberland Office Park both to tenants and commercial real estate brokers; working in conjunction with the Director of Leasing in facilitating and negotiating lease transactions; procuring and developing new business opportunities and potential clientele for tenant rep transactions. Dana came to Prentiss Properties from Carter & Associates, one of Atlanta's top brokerage houses. She was an integral part of a top -producing brokerage team where she continuously met and surpassed her objectives...

David Haynes is a thirteen year employee of Prentiss Properties. David has served two years as a Senior Engineer at One Atlantic Center in Midtown, one year as Chief Engineer, and ten years as the Group Chief Engineer for the South East Region. From his position as Group Chief Engineer at Cumberland Office Park, David provides supervision and support for the life safety and mechanical operations. Duties and responsibilities assigned to David include configuration and implementation of energy management both in the areas of cost saving ideas and in the day to day operations of the nine (9) buildings at Cumberland Office Park and the WSB-TV facility in Midtown. Other responsibilities include creation, implementation, and control of the complex Preventive Maintenance System, the Engineering portion of the yearly operating budget including Repairs & Maintenance, General Supplies and Utilities. David is responsible for monitoring and evaluation of contractor's performance and addressing the environmental and legislative issues that impact the properties. Prior to joining Prentiss Properties, David was the Assistant Chief Engineer for Carter & Associates at the Coca-Cola headquarters in Atlanta for eight (8) years. David has taken countless courses in both mechanical, boiler, and electrical engineering maintenance. He is well-versed in older and newer technical systems.

Don Merchant is an eleven year employee of Prentiss Properties. Don served seven years as Senior Engineer and has served four years as Assistant Chief Engineer at Cumberland Office Park. From his position as Assistant Chief Engineer, Don provides supervision and support for the life safety, Tenant daily request, and mechanical operations. Duties and responsibilities assigned to Don include day to day supervision and support for the operating engineers; and maintaining the complex access control system for the operations of the nine (9) buildings at Cumberland Office Park. Other responsibilities include assisting with yearly operating budgets including Repairs & Maintenance and General Supplies, and budget monitoring and evaluation of the contractor's performance in those areas. Prior to joining Prentiss Properties, Don was employed by Carter & Associates at the Coca-Cola headquarters in Atlanta for eight (8) years. Don has taken many courses in both mechanical, and boiler operations. He is well-versed in older and newer technical systems.

Roger Cagliani is a four (4) year employee of Prentiss Properties. From this position Roger works closely with Tenants on their daily needs, and responds to mechanical day to day issues. Other duties and responsibilities assigned to Roger include senior support for other operating engineers, maintaining and assisting other engineers in the complex water treatment operations of the six (6) buildings at Cumberland Office Park that have these systems. Prior to joining Prentiss Properties, Roger was employed by the Martin Brower Corporation for fifteen years.

Pat Mieszala is a one (1) year employee of Prentiss Properties. From this position Pat works closely with Tenants on their daily needs, and responds to mechanical day to day issues. Other duties and responsibilities assigned to Pat include day to day operations of Cumberland, and support for other operating engineers. Pat works daily with the complex water treatment operations of the six (6) buildings at Cumberland Office Park that have these systems.

Sean Hughes is a three (3) year employee of Prentiss Properties. From this position Sean works closely with Tenants, on their daily needs, and responds to mechanical day to day issues. Other duties and responsibilities assigned to Sean include support for other operating engineers, maintaining and assisting other engineers in the complex water treatment operations of the six (6) buildings at Cumberland Office Park that have these systems. Prior to joining Prentiss Properties, Sean was employed by the Estes Heating and Air Conditioning Corporation.

Shane Silvers is a six month employee of Prentiss Properties. Shane is located and oversees the day to day operation of the WSB-TV facility in mid-town Atlanta. From this position Shane performs many day to day WSB employee issues, including control of the Preventive Maintenance System, water treatment responsibilities, and overseeing all contractors working within the building. Prior to joining Prentiss Properties, Shane was employed by Sugar Food's Corporation where he was responsible for all mechanical preventive maintenance of the facility.
