The Park consists of nine office buildings ranging from one to six stories totaling approximately 673,133 rentable square feet and ranging in size from 12,673 rentable square feet. The buildings are a mixture of architectural styles. However, the larger buildings generally have cast-in-place, reinforced concrete frames with exteriors of glass, and Corten Steel or precast concrete panels.</div> <bR> <div> The entire office complex is comprised of approximately 55 acres with an excellent infrastructure in place, including extensive, mature landscaping, and three secondary roadways.
