We have added this service portal for the convenience of our tenants. Tenants can submit a new service request or obtain a history of all service requests that have been submitted. Click on Howie to the left to gain a better appreciation for Howie's Mission.

Howie can be found on most web pages, allowing quick and easy access to our online Work Order Request system. Also, a Tenant Satisfaction Survey has been provided for tenants to rate both building and Property Management's overall quality of service and support.

Select this button to submit a work order request for problems related to electrical power, lighting, janitorial cleanup, construction, security, etc., allowing you to interface online with property management.
Select this button to obtain both a status and historical listing of all work order requests that you have submitted within the past 90 days.
Select this button to check for availability and to reserve any type of resources online, such as conference rooms, computer systems, electronic equipment and more.
